The Town Council have planned its Christmas Tree lights switch on event n Tredegar Park, Risca for Saturday 25 Nov 3.30pm to 5.30 pm. Local celebrities Jagger and Woody are the entertainers for that afternoon. All Risca residents are welcome to attend. This Town Council event follows on from the Risca Community Group’s planned event taking place at Risca Rugby Club from 10 am to 3.30 pm.
The Town Council’s Festive Lanterns project is also due to be erected along Commercial Street and Tredegar Street in time for the Tree lights switch on event.
